Shipping and returns

Free delivery on orders of ₹499 or more · ₹49 below that. Shipping is shown as a clear, separate line at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after that.

Cash on delivery available on orders up to ₹3,000 (₹10 fee).

Order Dispatch: All orders are securely packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our fulfillment centers.

Estimated Transit Time: We partner with trusted courier networks (including BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post Speed Post). Deliveries generally arrive within:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days
• Remote/North-East/J&K: 6 to 9 business days

To ensure paper edges never dent and delicate stationery arrives pristine, we package every order with multi-layer protective packaging:

• Books and journals are enclosed in moisture-resistant wraps and reinforced corrugated cardboard.
• Pens, inks, and desk accessories are individually bubble-wrapped and cushioned to prevent impact leakage or breakage.

You can follow your shipment live from your orders — each step (Order placed, Packed, Shipped, Delivered) is timestamped.

We e-mail you when your order is packed, shipped and delivered, and the shipped e-mail has the courier’s tracking number. No account to hand? Use Track order with your order number and your e-mail or mobile number.

If something in your cart has run out, it is not dropped. It stays in your cart marked waiting for stock, is left out of your total, and the rest of your order ships normally. When it comes back we email you and it is already there to buy.

We offer a 7-day return and replacement guarantee, counted from delivery, on eligible books and stationery products. Orders can be cancelled before packing directly from your dashboard.

For how to send a return back, what we reimburse, and banking refund timelines, please see our full Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

Used copies are graded by us before listing, and the grade is stated on the book’s page with what it means. If a used copy arrives materially worse than its grade, tell us and we will make it right.

Post approved books to the address we give you when we accept your offer. We check each one on arrival, and if it grades differently we tell you the revised amount before paying anything. The sell page says how many days payment takes and who pays the postage.

Track everything from your sell requests.
