Privacy notice — the short version

• Account: name, e-mail, password (kept only in scrambled form) — to run your account.
• Delivery address and phone — to deliver your orders.
• Orders and payments — to complete them, and because tax law makes us keep them. Card and UPI details never reach us.
• Cart, wishlist, reviews, alerts — for the features you asked for.
• Your location — only if you allow it when your browser asks. We use it once, to find your delivery PIN code, through a public map service, and do not store the coordinates.
• Messages you send us — name, e-mail, optional phone and your words, to answer you. Kept a year after the conversation ends, then erased.
• Offers by e-mail — only if you ticked the box.
• Analytics cookies — only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
• What you type in the assistant — sent to an outside AI service, which processes it in the United States, to write the answer. We remove phone numbers, e-mail addresses and card numbers first, but please do not type them.

Until you delete your account. After that we keep, as the law requires, your orders and invoices (up to 72 months after the tax return for that year) and system logs (at least one year), and a record that you agreed to this notice. Nothing else personal.

You can see your data, correct it, erase it, withdraw a consent, name someone to act for you if you die or cannot act, and complain. Most of it is in Settings; for the rest, use the form on the contact page. You get a reference at once and an answer within 30 days. Withdrawing a consent is as easy as giving it: switch it off in Settings.

If we do not settle your complaint, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

People aged 18 or over. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.
